Although Flores is predominantly Catholic, magic, spirits and ancestor worship still have a strong influence on everyday life

Flores has natural wonders such as the mystical volcano Kelimutu, impenetrable jungle, beautiful rice fields, unspoiled sandy beaches as well as traditional villages with a fascinating culture and architecture. In the West, Flores is neighbouring with the Dragon Islands Rinca and Komodo, were the prehistoric Komodo, the largest lizard in the world are found. We will bring you to explore the best place around Flores Island during 5 days 4 Nights. On this trip, you will visit the extraordinary village of Waerebo, Kelimutu Lake, etc. here is the Itinerary

Day 01: Labuan Bajo – Waerebo Village

  • Pick up from your hotel in Labuan Bajo at 06.30am.
  • Drive to Denge Village for about 5 hours, with some stop on the way to take pictures or litle walking.
  • From Denge Village, we will reach Waerebo Village only by walking (trekking) for about 3 – 4 hours on the way.
  • On arrival at Waerebo Village, we will be welcoming by local people here, and stay overnight on the traditional House (Mbaru Gendang).
  • Dinner will be serving on this village with local menu.

Day 02: Waerebo Village – Ruteng

  • Morning Coffee and breakfast on traditional house.
  • Spending time by taking pictures and walking around the village.
  • Then return to Denge Village where our driver waits for us.
  • Drive to Cara Village to see spider Web Rice Field.
  • Having lunch in Ruteng then stop at Local Market and Ruteng Pu’u Village.
  • Stay overnight at Ruteng.

Day 03: Ruteng – Bajawa

  • Breakfast at your hotel.
  • Drive to Ranamese Lake to see the bigest lake on this area.
  • Stop at Aimere Village to see local alcohol processing (arak).
  • Drive to So’a hot spring
  • spend time at So’a Hotspring
  • Stay overnight at Bajawa

Day 04: Bajawa – Moni

  • Breakfast at your hotel
  • Drive to Bena Village to see the traditional village of Bena
  • Continue trip to Blue stone beach for having lunch and enjoy the beach view
  • Stop at Traditional market of Ndu’a Ria
  • Direct to Moni for overnight

Day 05: Moni – Kelimutu Lake – Maumere or Ende

  • Start trip at 04.00am.
  • Drive to the parking area of Kelimutu National Park
  • Walking up to the top of Kelimutu Mount
  • See the three color lakes of kelimutu
  • Spending time here by taking picture, etc
  • back to hotel for taking breakfast
  • Continue trip to Ende or Maumere (it depends on your flight), if you take fly from Ende to Bali, so we will back to Ende. And if you take fly to Maumere, we will explore some place look like: Koka Beach, Sikka village and Wuring Village. And if you want to back to Ende, we will stop at Wologai Village.
  • Trip is end.
